Whey & Tonic (Spanish Style)

The simplicity of our Spanish Style Whey & Tonic helps the unique flavor of our spirit shine and sets the stage for a world of customization options. We love a classic cucumber, juniper, and lemon combination, but add in additional herbs, berries, or citrus to make it your own!

2 oz Wheyward Spirit

4 oz Tonic Water (We like Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic)

*Garnish* Cucumber Ribbon, dried juniper, lemon twist (or others)

Add Wheyward Spirit into a large wine glass or goblet. Fill ¾ of the way up glass with cubed ice and top with tonic water. Use bar spoon to place cucumber ribbon inside of glass and stir gently. Garnish with juniper and lemon twist.
