2 oz Wheyward Wheyskey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Honey Syrup*
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lemon peel.
*Honey Syrup
½ cup honey (can adjust to taste)
½ cup water
Combine honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until honey dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature, and store in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 month. Syrup can be made in smaller or larger batches as needed.
