Ingredients for 1 cocktail, multiply recipe to batch for 3, 4, 5, or 10 people!
2 oz Wheyward Spirit
½ oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
3.5 oz Frozen Dragon Fruit (we like Pitaya Foods Dragon Fruit Smoothie Packs)
1 Egg White
Ice (Optional if you want an icier, slushy drink)
Combine Wheyward Spirit, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Egg White. Blend until all the ingredients are mixed and egg is emulsified. Add the Frozen Dragon Fruit, optional ice, and blend until uniform. Do not over blend it. Serve in a chilled glass, straight from the blender. Garnish with mint.
