1 ½ oz Wheyward Spirit
1 oz Cointreau
¾ oz Fresh lime juice
¼ oz agave syrup
Rim Salt
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika or chipotle powder
Wet rim of rocks glass with lime wedge, dip in salt mixture, shake off excess. Add spirits, juice, and syrup to shaker full of ice and shake. Double strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
