This sweet, citrusy, and bubbly drink is a favorite for brunch, easy to make, and perfect for any special occasion. The use of Wheyward Spirit helps cut the sugar in half from a classic French 75 and brings out the beautiful clover honey notes in the sparkling wine.

We're honoring International Women's Day with a delicious and refreshing cocktail that features ingredients from two female-founded companies, Wheyward Spirit and Sonoma Syrup Co.!

Most people toss banana peels and overripe fruit straight in the trash, but both of these cocktails put that "past its peak" fruit to work, turning banana peels into a rich oleo and overripe bananas into a natural infusion, so nothing goes to waste from the fruit bowl to the glass.

The Hotel Wheyskey is our take on the tropical Hotel Nacional cocktail out of Cuba. This is a fruity riff on a classic daiquiri, made even more unique by using Wheyward Wheyskey to create a richer flavor in place of a traditional rum.

We partnered with Sonoma Syrup Co. to craft a fall-inspired drink with their delicious White Ginger Syrup.. Our “farm-to-flask” spirit makes for a perfect pairing alongside this sustainably sourced, “Farm to Flavor” infused simple syrup.

Our Milk & Honey cocktail is a simple and delightful shaken combination with notes of lemon, honey, orange, vanilla, and oak. Add herbs like thyme to the homemade honey syrup to further enhance the complexity of the cocktail.

Wheyward Wheyskey’s notes of vanilla oak and toffee pair perfectly with a rich coffee liqueur and hints of orange and cocoa bitters. The Wheyskey Revolution is our bespoke take on the Revolver, a variation on the classic Manhattan.
