The Hotel Wheyskey is our take on the tropical Hotel Nacional cocktail out of Cuba. This is a fruity riff on a classic daiquiri, made even more unique by using Wheyward Wheyskey to create a richer flavor in place of a traditional rum.

Our riff on a Penicillin cocktail, the Liquid Gold Rush is a smokey and earthy blend of ginger, lemon, and honey that is bursting with flavor.

We partnered with Sonoma Syrup Co. to craft a fall-inspired drink with their delicious White Ginger Syrup.. Our “farm-to-flask” spirit makes for a perfect pairing alongside this sustainably sourced, “Farm to Flavor” infused simple syrup.

Our Ruby Milk Punch is just as much a journey in food science as it is mixology! This pre-batched and incredibly flavorful punch can be stored for weeks and quickly served for large groups. It is a beautiful color with a fruity brightness and complex tea undertones rounded out by a silky smoothness.
