Toucan Tango

Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

Toucan Tango

Travel to a tropical island when you shake up a Toucan Tango with Wheyward Spirit! Light and refreshing fruit juices pair perfectly with our smooth spirit, all topped off with a bold rum float.

‍

1 ½ oz Wheyward Spirit

¾ oz Aperol 

1 ½ oz pineapple juice 

½ oz lime juice 

½ oz demerara syrup 2:1 

¼ oz Cruzan Blackstrap Rum (float) 

*Garnish* Pineapple frond, Amarena cherry, orchid (edible flower) 

Add all ingredients except rum to a mixing tin. Add scoop pebble ice, WHIP SHAKE, and pour into chilled Double Old Fashioned glass or Mai-Tai Glass. Top with more pebble ice to make a cone on top. Float Cruzan Blackstrap Rum on top. Garnish with pineapple frond, Amarena cherry, and orchid.

The Waste Not Sour reflects our values of upcycling and reducing food waste whenever possible by using aquafaba in place of egg whites, and zesting lemon for garnish before using the fresh juice.
