Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

For a burst of citrusy goodness, look no further than our Tropical Highland cocktail, featuring Wheyward Spirit paired with pineapple, lemon, and orange!

2 oz Wheyward Spirit

¾ oz Pineapple Gomme Syrup (make or buy)

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz orange juice

½ oz Orgeat (almond syrup)

1 dash Angostura Bitters


Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled Collins or Tiki Glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish.

A touch of rose water adds a floral finish, infusing the drink with a hint of Indian-inspired elegance.

Rose & Cardamom Wheyskey Sour

This classic cocktail just got an upgrade. The soft flavor and velvety smoothness of Wheyward Wheyskey pairs beautifully with the herbal notes of sweet vermouth and a touch of nuttiness from the Black Walnut bitters.

The Whey to Manhattan

Our Milk & Honey cocktail is a simple and delightful shaken combination with notes of lemon, honey, orange, vanilla, and oak. Add herbs like thyme to the homemade honey syrup to further enhance the complexity of the cocktail.

Clarified milk punches date back to the 1600’s, but we think it’s a recipe that has finally come full circle with the addition of Wheyward Spirit. We love this cocktail because it’s just as much a journey in food science as it is mixology! This labor of love leads to a pre-batched and incredibly smooth flavorful punch that can be stored for weeks and quickly served for large groups. 

Our crystal clear Tropical Milk Punch is a beautiful color with a tropical brightness, cooling mint and green tea undertones, rounded out by a silky smoothness.
