The Hotel Wheyskey is our take on the tropical Hotel Nacional cocktail out of Cuba. This is a fruity riff on a classic daiquiri, made even more unique by using Wheyward Wheyskey to create a richer flavor in place of a traditional rum.

We’ve taken the classic Whiskey Sour to a new level with the addition of Wheyward Wheyskey! The result is a delicious and balanced cocktail with a velvety egg white cap.

For a burst of citrusy goodness, look no further than our Tropical Highland cocktail, featuring Wheyward Spirit paired with pineapple, lemon, and orange!

Wheyward Wheyskey’s notes of vanilla oak and toffee pair perfectly with a rich coffee liqueur and hints of orange and cocoa bitters. The Wheyskey Revolution is our bespoke take on the Revolver, a variation on the classic Manhattan.

Somewhere between a Manhattan and a Martini lies the classic Martinez cocktail. With the use of sweet vermouth, a hint of maraschino liqueur, and the natural sweetness of Wheyward Spirit, the Martinez is a perfect cocktail for any time of day.

Combine Wheyward Spirit with the sweet and earthy flavor of prickly pear, Grand Marnier, and fresh lime juice for a margarita unlike any other. This bright pink cocktail will be the star of the show!

This cocktail is not just a drink; it’s a homage to Caravaggio’s "Basket of Fruit”.
