Tropical Highland

For a burst of citrusy goodness, look no further than our Tropical Highland cocktail, featuring Wheyward Spirit paired with pineapple, lemon, and orange!

2 oz Wheyward Spirit

¾ oz Pineapple Gomme Syrup (make or buy)

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz orange juice

½ oz Orgeat (almond syrup)

1 dash Angostura Bitters


Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled Collins or Tiki Glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish.

Golden Hour Paloma

When infused with Butterfly Pea Flower, Wheyward Spirit turns a beautiful blue hue for this refreshing springtime cocktail. And once added to the rest of the cocktail, a color-changing surprise appears!

Vineyard Garden Tonic

Craft this decadent version of a Flip with notes of oaky vanilla, chocolate, rhubarb, fig, and nutty orange undertones in this cocktail made ultra creamy with the addition of a fresh egg yolk.

No Flipping Whey

Clarified milk punches date back to the 1600’s, but we think it’s a recipe that has finally come full circle with the addition of Wheyward Spirit. We love this cocktail because it’s just as much a journey in food science as it is mixology!
