3/4 oz Wheyward Spirit
1 1/2 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino (can also use Tawny Port in a pinch)
1 fresh egg yolk
1/2 oz agave syrup (can also use simple syrup in a pinch)
3 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake hard for about 30 seconds until creamy and foamy. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
