The 20/20 Cocktail

For a refreshing burst of ginger and citrus, we've partnered up with The Ginger People® for The 20/20 cocktail! The oaky notes and hint of vanilla in Wheyward Spirit pair perfectly with this cocktail's herbal brightness and touch of sweet earthiness from the added carrot.

2 oz Wheyward Spirit

1 tablespoon The Ginger People® Ginger Juice

½ oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz The Ginger People® Ginger Syrup

2 oz fresh carrot juice, or juice blend of your choice

1 bunch tri-colored carrots (optional, for garnish)

‍

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a highball or coupe glass over ice. Garnish with thinly sliced tri-color carrots and carrot tops.

Our four-ingredient Alpine Daiquiri is a flavorful and bespoke twist on the classic cocktail with the addition of Falernum, a liqueur with a Caribbean flair.

Craft this decadent version of a Flip with notes of oaky vanilla, chocolate, rhubarb, fig, and nutty orange undertones in this cocktail made ultra creamy with the addition of a fresh egg yolk.

Wheyward Spirit’s sustainability efforts don’t stop with the spirit. The Waste Not Sour reflects our values of upcycling and reducing food waste whenever possible by using aquafaba in place of egg whites, and zesting lemon for garnish before using the fresh juice. The result is a creamy, foamy, and sustainable cocktail so you can feel good about what’s in your glass down to the last drop.
