We’ve taken the classic Whiskey Sour to a new level with the addition of Wheyward Wheyskey! The result is a delicious and balanced cocktail with a velvety egg white cap.
2 oz Wheyskey
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters to garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake hard (without ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 15-20 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass or into a coupe without ice. Garnish with 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters.
