The Vieux Ca-Whey is a spirited take on the classic Vieux Carré of New Orleans that combines new and old for a fresh take on the bold, spirit-forward drink with herbal, citrus, smoke and berry notes.

Wheyward Wheyskey’s notes of vanilla oak and toffee pair perfectly with a rich coffee liqueur and hints of orange and cocoa bitters. The Wheyskey Revolution is our bespoke take on the Revolver, a variation on the classic Manhattan.

We partnered with Sonoma Syrup Co. to craft a fall-inspired drink with their delicious White Ginger Syrup.. Our “farm-to-flask” spirit makes for a perfect pairing alongside this sustainably sourced, “Farm to Flavor” infused simple syrup.

The Hotel Wheyskey is our take on the tropical Hotel Nacional cocktail out of Cuba. This is a fruity riff on a classic daiquiri, made even more unique by using Wheyward Wheyskey to create a richer flavor in place of a traditional rum.
