Wheyward Toddy

Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

Wheyward Toddy

Cozy up by the fire with a Wheyward Toddy to warm your heart and your belly! Choose your cocktail adventure with the velvety smooth experience of Wheyward Spirit or Wheyward Wheyskey, both of which pair perfectly with the bright citrus juice and the earthy allspice dram.

1 ½ oz Wheyward Spirit or Wheyward Wheyskey

¼ oz Allspice Dram (make or buy)

½ oz Honey Syrup*

½ oz fresh lemon juice

1/4oz fresh orange juice

Microplane fresh ginger

3 oz hot water

*Garnish* clove studded lemon wheel

Fill the glass snifter with hot water to heat. Fill one side of a cocktail mixing tin with hot water, float the second tin on top to conduct heat. Add all ingredients except hot water to the top mixing tin and stir to incorporate. Dump out water from the glass snifter and strain ingredients into the now hot glass, top with hot water. Garnish with clove studded lemon wheel.

*Honey Syrup 

½ cup honey (can adjust to taste)

½ cup water

  1. Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until honey is dissolved.
  3. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.
