Hotel Wheyskey

Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

Hotel Wheyskey

The Hotel Wheyskey is our take on the tropical Hotel Nacional cocktail out of Cuba. This is a fruity riff on a classic daiquiri, made even more unique by using Wheyward Wheyskey to create a richer flavor in place of a traditional rum.

2 oz Wheyward Wheyskey

¾ oz lime juice

¾ oz pineapple juice

½ oz apricot liqueur

½ oz falernum

1 dash Angostura bitters

‍

Combine all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Transport yourself to a faraway island when you shake up a Tropical Rickey with Wheyward Spirit. Flavors of lime, pineapple, and coconut combine to create a refreshing drink, perfect for the beach or a warm summer day at home.

Wheyward Spirit’s sustainability efforts don’t stop with the spirit. The Waste Not Sour reflects our values of upcycling and reducing food waste whenever possible by using aquafaba in place of egg whites, and zesting lemon for garnish before using the fresh juice. The result is a creamy, foamy, and sustainable cocktail so you can feel good about what’s in your glass down to the last drop.

An elevated version of our classic Wheyward Martini. The addition of Yellow Chartreuse pairs with the herbal notes in the dry vermouth and Wheyward Spirit to make a velvety smooth cocktail oozing with sophistication.

For a bespoke twist on an iconic Sazerac, Wheyward Spirit combines with simple syrup, the essential Peychaud’s BItters, and a quick absinthe rise for a bold, spirit-forward drink.

Stirred & Strong

Reducing waste in the kitchen is easy when you have a delicious cocktail on the other side of it! Instead of discarding the juice from a can of pears down the drain, combine it with a bit of Chinese 5 Spice and sugar for a unique cocktail you won’t forget.

Pear and 5 Spice Spritzer

Pop the champagne! It’s time for a Wheyward Spirit twist on this celebratory classic. This sweet, citrusy, and bubbly drink is a favorite for brunch, easy to make, and perfect for any special occasion. The use of Wheyward Spirit helps cut the sugar in half from a classic French 75 and brings out the beautiful clover honey notes in the sparkling wine.
