Hotel Wheyskey

Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

Hotel Wheyskey

The Hotel Wheyskey is our take on the tropical Hotel Nacional cocktail out of Cuba. This is a fruity riff on a classic daiquiri, made even more unique by using Wheyward Wheyskey to create a richer flavor in place of a traditional rum.

2 oz Wheyward Wheyskey

¾ oz lime juice

¾ oz pineapple juice

½ oz apricot liqueur

½ oz falernum

1 dash Angostura bitters

‍

Combine all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Clarified milk punches date back to the 1600’s, but we think it’s a recipe that has finally come full circle with the addition of Wheyward Spirit. We love this cocktail because it’s just as much a journey in food science as it is mixology! This labor of love leads to a pre-batched and incredibly smooth flavorful punch that can be stored for weeks and quickly served for large groups. 

Our crystal clear Tropical Milk Punch is a beautiful color with a tropical brightness, cooling mint and green tea undertones, rounded out by a silky smoothness.

Craft this decadent version of a Flip with notes of oaky vanilla, chocolate, rhubarb, fig, and nutty orange undertones in this cocktail made ultra creamy with the addition of a fresh egg yolk.

Our four-ingredient Alpine Daiquiri is a flavorful and bespoke twist on the classic cocktail with the addition of Falernum, a liqueur with a Caribbean flair.

For a refreshing burst of ginger and citrus, we've partnered up with The Ginger People® for The 20/20 cocktail! The oaky notes and hint of vanilla in Wheyward Spirit pair perfectly with this cocktail's herbal brightness and touch of sweet earthiness from the added carrot.

The Vieux Ca-Whey is a spirited take on the classic Vieux Carré of New Orleans that combines new and old for a fresh take on the bold, spirit-forward drink with herbal, citrus, smoke and berry notes.

For the most smooth and sippable Wheyward Spirit experience, add a twist of lemon to your glass and relax as the spirit turns into a delicious blend of lemon, vanilla, and custard notes. Top it off with some seltzer for a bubbly treat.

Wheyward on the Rocks

Wheyward Spirit’s sustainability efforts don’t stop with the spirit. The Waste Not Sour reflects our values of upcycling and reducing food waste whenever possible by using aquafaba in place of egg whites, and zesting lemon for garnish before using the fresh juice. The result is a creamy, foamy, and sustainable cocktail so you can feel good about what’s in your glass down to the last drop.

This pre-batched tropical cocktail is perfect for a party or special event! The recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled for a larger group.

Simply add soda water, ice, the cocktail mix, and a float of Aperol for a tropical getaway in your glass when serving.
