Wheyskey Orgeat Sour

Wheyskey Orgeat Sour

Wheyward Wheyskey brings warm notes of oak, vanilla, and spice, balanced by bright lemon and the soft nuttiness of orgeat for a silky, elevated take on a classic sour. Angostura and expressed lemon peel add aromatic depth to every velvety sip.

2 oz Wheyward Wheyskey

1/2 oz Daddy’s Cocktail Syrups Orgeat

1 egg white

3/4 oz lemon juice

1 lemon peel (expressed) 

4 drops Angostura bitters

Add Wheyward Wheyskey, lemon juice, Orgeat, and egg white to a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice. Dry shake vigorously to combine. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass. Express lemon peel over top of drink and garnish with Angostura bitters.
